At PosterHaven, each product is crafted for you upon order placement, making it uniquely yours. As a result, we regret that we cannot accommodate refunds, returns, or exchanges. Additionally, modifications or cancellations to orders can only be considered within the first 24 hours following order placement. In the rare instance that your order experiences damage while in transit with our shipping partners, kindly send detailed and clearly visible photographs of the affected product(s) to Info@posterhaven.shop. 

Following a review of the submitted photos ("Damage Review"), PosterHaven may opt, at its sole discretion, to restore or replace the damaged product(s). By initiating a Damage Review, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the following terms:

  1. Photos of the damaged product(s) must be in .jpeg or .png format and clearly depict the affected areas.
  2. The photographs must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of the indicated delivery date provided by the shipping provider. These images should be taken immediately upon receipt of the product(s), without installation or placement.
  3. Completion of a Damage Review may require a minimum of fourteen (14) business days. PosterHaven reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace the damaged product(s).
  4. The replacement product's delivery is subject to prevailing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability, and shipping timelines. In the event of a repair, you might be responsible for return shipping costs.
